PHILOSOPHY
What makes a wine natural? By being produced from grapes grown without chemicals, additives or manipulation. Today, awareness in nutrition is one of the most important topics. More and more of us want to know where the food we eat comes from and what goes into it. But in the case of wine, it is not compulsory to put what is in the bottle on the label. In many cases, it is not just grapes that are an ingredient, other additives are also added.
The mission of Mitiszol? is to represent wines made from healthy, clean grapes, cultivated without the use of absorbent chemicals and herbicides, with minimal intervention in the cellar. We believe that nothing is added to good wine and that it is not made of nothing is taken away from it. It expresses the unique character of the terroir, whether organic, biodynamic or natural.
