Somló is already born, it gives us what it can, so we have to deliver that in the purest, most pure and precise way possible in the form of wine.

My friend Bálint Barcza put it very succinctly, we must shake hands with nature, we must shake hands with Somló.

 

All of our vineyards are under controlled organic cultivation.

I try to channel the fruit at full ripeness into wine in a way that maximises the potential of our fundamentally strong growing area.

I avoid any "gimmicks" that can mask the Somló character to the extreme."
