The Pelle Cellar has been producing wine since 2007 in Mád, in the Tokaj-Hegyalja region, using only grapes from the family estate, which they grow themselves.
It started out as a small, sophisticated estate in Mád, which over the years has grown from a hobby winery into a professional winery with its own style.
An important goal is to show the diversity of the Mád region through careful cultivation and winemaking.
Natural pesticides and organic farming are an integral part of their philosophy, allowing the grape to show its most natural and healthy face.
They also take care to make their wines with as little intervention as possible, thus preserving and passing on the flavours and experience that nature has to offer.
"We like quality wines made with an artisan approach that we enjoy drinking ourselves."
