According to official sources, the Dobosi family has been active in the village and the local viniculture and wine culture since the 1700s. Daniel, the father, and Ilonka, the mother, dreamed up their own winery and built their cellar in 1988, and in the following year they left the state cooperative and started working.

Their parents' faith and dedication is demonstrated best by the fact that with just 1 hectare of vines, they built a cellar big enough to hold up to 15 hectares of land.

After a little detour, they felt they had never been closer to the values they had left behind.

Afterwards, they stepped in of their own free will, not as helpers as before, but as responsible owners.
