In 1974, Guido Fidora decided to turn the family farm into an organic farm.

At that time, organic farming was not fashionable at all, and at that time, chemical farming had already been promoted for about a century.

At that time, it seemed that everyone had forgotten the thousand years of experience of the past.

There were no books, no research, no teachers to tell you how to grow crops without chemicals, so they had to learn from their own experience.

"For us, being organic doesn't just mean going back to some good old principles, it means a step forward in quality, health, sustainability and environmental responsibility.

For this reason, we make it a fundamental principle to reconcile the latest technology in the sector with the experience we have inherited from older generations."

All of their vineyards are cultivated according to two general principles: avoiding chemicals and developing biodiversity.
